Remember, he's been in prison all this time, about a year.

That's possible he could get that.

Now, they're going to apparently come back into court at one o'clock today. The judges

have told both sides to be prepared at 1 p.m. today to present arguments about releasing him on bail.

Now, the problem with him is what would be the bail? You know, normally it's a million, 10 million,

whatever it is. He's a guy that, listen, he's a flight risk.

He's a guy that got 10 million, you know, under a sofa cushion probably.

It's going to take a lot of money.

It could take a lot of money to get him bail.

When the verdict came out, he was very happy because he he could had he been convicted on the serious charges

that's life in prison he never ever ever would have got out in jail with these two charges
