the New York Times views it a very skeptical Supreme Court including some of the questions at least from the leftist justices there,

about whether Donald Trump can be taken off the ballot in Colorado. Remember there was a similar action that was sort of

tried in Maine but actually the main Secretary of State if memory serves said

well I'm going to do this thing by taking Trump off, but I'm going to stay my own hand

until we know what the court says.
