Well, we don't know. CDC warning about a second wave in the fall.

There have been pandemics where the second wave is far worse than the original.

But there have also been pandemics where there is no second wave.

These viruses mutate.

They can mutate and come back stronger.

And there have been cases where they mutate and just go away. So nobody

knows what will happen here. In most cases, when you see a second wave in history, especially even

1918, that pandemic, the second wave was brutal. But if you look back, you can see where

it was caused by bungling and mistakes. So if you do things correctly, you can avoid the second wave.

So Joe Bartlett, you said the mayor wants to go ahead with the fireworks?

Yes, going to be fireworks of some sort, he said.

Well, it's easy to do the fireworks.

You could do it and just not have the crowd.

you know they do those fireworks they take they put them on a barge and they go out into the middle
