Nobody has been worse for business than Bill de Blasio.

Nobody has been more of a nightmare for businesses, especially small businesses than Cuomo, de Blasio,

with their taxes, regulations, interfering with everything.

Now he wants to help you.

Now he wants to help you get reopened.

Part of the problem is they've got no plan.

They don't know what they're doing.

Mayor de Blasio has admitted he's got no plan, no guidelines, nothing on how to reopen.

Governor Cuomo, as I mentioned, he's talking to some, he's put together a panel of international experts.
