It means everything's open. You can go to a restaurant outdoors. Indoor dining is open.

Movie theaters are open. Jims are open in Connecticut, New Jersey,

you're supposed to go to phase two next week, New York. The governor said, check with him in

September. You know, Warden Cuomo is working on it. Did you see that briefing yesterday? Nobody

sees it anymore. Most network stations don't carry

it uh the quamo briefing viewership has dropped dramatically over the last month but uh he went on and

on it you can't you can't you can't go too fast we have to be careful we have to be very

careful there's thousands of people crammed together in protests. Nobody's getting it.

How does he justify this?

Is he just delusional?

Is he lying?

I mean, he must know about these protests, right?

I would think so.

I assume he has pictures of protesters.
