I'm not to be joined by Dave Van Horn, who's, of course, the head coach of the Arkansas Regersbacks.

So I am going to ask you first of all thank you for being

here but just tell us a little bit about what you're doing before you get to Hoover

and the way this season has gone because I know being the two seed means a great

deal in the SEC so thanks again for being here well I appreciate you having me

what we've been doing is for, we're resting a little bit.

We didn't have a new team meeting and pitch us through a little bit.

We lifted as a team, lifting some weights and a lot of stretching.

And they'll have a couple workouts and we'll head out that way.

And we're really looking forward to getting there.
