And that's a vote on the college sports bill, which one of the Senate, one of the co-sponsors, Eric Schmidt said recently that he had 70 votes. Obviously not enough to influence the majority leader, John Thune,

to bring the issue to the Senate floor.

Has to pass the Senate and then get to the House.
