Brian Daibble speaks about the Jackson Dart decision yesterday.

Al made a good point in a show sheet where Brian Daibble says, you know, I had private conversations with Russell and private

conversations with Jackson Dart. And, you know, that's how these guys found out. And then, of course,

every NFL insider after those private conversations happened as the whole deal with who is going

to start, which means to the agents. Yeah, exactly. So it's like, you know, you could try to be as private and whatever as you want.

All that stuff's going to come out.

Schaefter and Rappaport and Schrager and everybody, Garifold, all going to have it.

But Brian Dable wanted to make it clear whether it's the truth or not that it was his decision and it was a football decision.

Now, we all are smarter to realize that it's not just black and white like that.

And we've been listing all the reasons why this needed to happen or was going to happen.

But he wanted to tell everybody that, you know, ownership didn't tell me to do this.

Joe Shane didn't tell me to do this. Joe Shane didn't tell me to do this.

It's a football decision. We're going to get them ready to play. And I tend to believe the part of

being, you know, more of a football decision than maybe I initially thought. After I heard

Connor Hughes come on and say that on Evan and Tiki, it'd say that if there was an open competition in training camp of the preseason,

he probably would have won it if all things were equal.

That's how impressive he was out there.

So this is it.

This is his life preserver.

This is the last thing that this regime is going to be able to stay afloat with.
