and then let the restaurants put tables all over the street?

No, most of these restaurants have enough space anyway.

I mean, they may just use their parking lot, but there's no street impact, no.

Not that I've seen.

Yeah, it's different down there because you've got room.

Some of the suburbs, you've got so much room,

and a lot of these restaurants have a huge property around them

that they can put the tables all over there.

But some towns, I think Greenwich was first.

They have a great mayor, Fred Camillo. He closed part of the main street.

There's one part of Greenwich Avenue.

He's got so many restaurants on it.

Let them just put the tables all over the street, and it was great.

It looked like, all of a sudden it looked like Connecticut, Charles Alise.

It was outdoor cafes up and down the street.

And became very popular night after night.

Be hundreds and hundreds of people eating there.

So then the next town over Rye closed the main street and let all the restaurants just spread out all over the street.

Now it's gone on all over the tri-state area.
