What do you make of the fact that it's going to come three weeks early?

He's going to get clear. Don't worry about it. I don't know. I don't know.

Here's my premise for all this. I just assume nobody's got better intel or sources on this than Cuomo himself.

I'm sure he's worked as hard as can be to find out what the hell's going on.

And he's been on the attack against them for a week. Why, if he thought he would get cleared,

would he call their credibility into question and all of that?

Well, you can also consider this, Mark. It's only been a couple of weeks since the governor underwent 11 hours of questioning and

if they were going to bring charges don't you think that they'd be a little careful about bringing

charges and take a little extra time yeah you could argue that now we only just clear this up

though they say 11 hours of testimony so only three questions but you know know him it's two hour answer every question you see that the briefing uh what about this look do you want that

should i do that did i do that why would i do that what you know he goes on forever and ever

uh i talked to these f FBI experts on interrogation.

They said there's three ways when you know the person's lying.

One is they overact.

They just overact when they're giving you the answers.

Why would I do that?

You know, the voice cracks and they do it.

And then the other thing is they talk way too long, way too long.
