1:03.8	And then for the other people that they drive because they don't want to get on the subway,
1:07.4	even if they come to Grand Central, they do not want to get on the subway.
1:10.7	As traffic is back up to 100%, the subway and train ridership is down way below normal, way below
1:18.7	normal.
1:20.2	The subway is run by the MTA.

1:26.3	Well, Sarah Fein, the New York City Transit president who was supposed to be the MTA commissioner has resigned? Well, Sarah Fein, the New York City Transit President, who was supposed to be the MTA chairman.
