Willie Mays, one of the greatest players in baseball history, has died at the age of 93,

and there just simply aren't enough words to fully explain the impact that Mays had on the game of

baseball. There is no recitation of all his statistics

or long list of all his accomplishments that could possibly do justice how

important he was. Suffice it to say he was on the shortest possible list of

greatest players and most iconic figures in the history of American

sports and he always will be.

Now he hit a lot of home runs.

He had 660 home runs in his career, but this was his most iconic play.
