that clip you played I didn't quite understand that the governor said recommends a mask but

he can't force you without a state rule on it right oh i get what he means

he no longer has emergency power the legislature took it away from him that's right yeah so he was

a little cagey about that now because if you're watching that he said we can't make you wear a mask

because there's no state rule on it and then you're saying well why don't you make a state rule you didn't want to mention uh my emergency powers

were taken away from me by the state legislature i no longer have these powers so that's what

that's what that was so uh i still don't get this so what is so you wear a mask wear in stores but

not on the street.

they can't get a big chunk of the population vaccinated.
