0:23.9	Andrew Cuomo stuck us with in New York the no bail no jail let everybody out it's
0:30.8	caused a big crime wave here in New York City it's done the same in every
0:35.0	other city where it's put in. So, now this is tricky.

0:45.8	You can't really do that in local jurisdictions.
0:48.1	But apparently what the order will do is threaten to revoke federal funding for any jurisdiction that does this cashless

1:02.7	bail jurisdictions. Now, again, what happens is you get a violent criminal who robs, mugs,

1:12.7	Because of Andrew Cuomo here in New York, he put in this no cash, no bail, no jail, cashless bail.

1:23.5	I know it sounds insane.
1:25.4	Even if he comes in with this is his 43rd time in the last six months,
1:30.7	judge still has to release him. This is one reason you've got to make sure Andrew Cuomo never
1:36.0	gets back in office. He's the guy that gave us this no bail, no jail crap that was so awful. And
1:42.1	listen to Cuomo over the weekend there is uh never been any credible
1:46.8	evidence from anyone any study that said bail reform uh it has been uh an issue in increased crime
1:57.2	there's also no study that shows if you shoot somebody in the head, they could die.
