First quarter GDP down 4.8%? Yeah.

First quarter GDP down 4.8%. That is the worst quarter since the depression.

That is the biggest drop since the depression.

Yet the stock market is up hundreds of points right now, about 400 points or so.

That's pretty impressive, isn't it?

Well, the market is rallying because there's word that there might be a breakthrough in

terms of a coronavirus treatment. Yeah, I don't know about that. I mean, that's one reason,

although I think the market loves two two things they love a bottom and they

love certainty and they may think we're at the bottom and they see some

certainty as far as when will come out or how we'll come out so you got to

remember you had the greatest economy in the and the world going a couple of

months ago so as we went into this crash, it was with the greatest

economy. So even though you sink this much, it's still in pretty good shape. Can you

imagine if we had a bad economy going into this? Actually, you know, the Dow is not too bad.

I mean, it's 24,500. I mean, you know, it's not where it was, but it's recovering slowly.
