Well, we got lots to get to this hour.

Donald Trump filing a lawsuit against Cy Vance.

This is going to happen this afternoon.

He's going to sue Cy Vance.

I like Sy Vance.

Good guy, but he's embarrassing the district attorney's office, which is a legendary office, led by Robert Morgenthau for decades.

And Vance, obviously, he's got enough to deal with here in New York, with all the crime and trouble of New York.

He's busy running some political little thing trying to tamper with the election.

And it's just silly.

The great Manhattan District Attorney's Office devoting themselves to investigating the Stormy Daniels date and why did Donald Trump give her a check?

I mean, there's plenty of stuff for a DA to do in New York instead of cheap political tricks.

So today, the president will file a lawsuit against Cy Vance and his office.

On what grounds?

I guess he's asking for tax returns, eight years of tax returns.

He's got no right to ask for anything.

He's not investigating anything.

You can't just start harassing somebody because you don't like their politics well i agree with that

you can't use the d a d's office to try to tamper with an election that's coming up but i mean they

said what would you be investigating here well i think it's all then it's uh that's already been investigated, though, right?

A thousand times. I guess what he would center on

is the payment to Stormy Danvers. Yeah, right.
