And in order to buy into this theory, you obviously

need to have a sense that there is such thing as too much talent. I think we know what it looks

like when you don't have enough talent. I watched the cracking game last night. I have a very good

sense of what a team looks like when it doesn't have enough talent. It works hard.

It plays hard.

It does the best it can.
