Well, we got lots to get to.

This hour, is New York really coming back?

Yeah, I think so.

We'll get to that.

Now, the other thing we had to get through, besides this pandemic,

we've got to get through the anniversary of 9-11.

It's just too much trauma.

But here's an important thing to remember,

especially with the pandemic. You know, when people say everybody's moving to Florida,

everybody's moving to South Carolina, everybody's leaving, New York's empty, and nobody's ever coming back. It'll never be the same. Think back to 9-11. First thing, remember, everybody

left New York. Everybody couldn't get away from New York fast enough.

Nobody wanted to be a New Yorker.

They just thought everything was at Target.

And remember the one thing they said,

nobody will ever live downtown again.

And the other thing was,

nobody will live on a big high floor and a big high rise ever again well next

thing you know uh downtown becomes the hottest neighborhood in new york the most expensive

hottest neighborhood in new york and all of a sudden forget the 70 story buildings now you

see 100 story buildings now you see these 100story apartment buildings all over in New York.
