this is his final week now usually he's done some pretty bad pardons and some pretty sleazy executive

orders and spending bills in the last few days.

But it's usually the last day or two, the final weekend, that's when you do your dirty pardons, you're really dirty pardons, really criminals, real, that's when the Mark Rich pardon was

done.

He was a big, big donor, but he was a fugitive on the lamb.

He got pardoned. you know, what was the crime exactly, trading with Iran.

He was involved in energy, you know, arms, all sorts of, I think it was mostly energy minerals,

whatever, but he was trading with Iran, violating everything, got convicted.

But he was a zillionaire, and he was on the

lamb, fled to Switzerland, and paid for a pardon. Just made massive donations to Bill Clinton.

And on the final weekend, they pardoned him. Now, precedent does the pardon. It has to get

approved by the Justice Department.

So when the Mark Rich pardon went over there, Attorney General would not sign it.

Nobody in the Justice Department would sign it.

They had a look all over the Justice Department until they found a guy willing to sign it.

He signed it on behalf of the Justice Department.

His name was Eric Holder.

They later rewarded him by making

him the Attorney General under Obama. So expect some really dirty pardons over the weekend and some

really outrageous spending things, executive orders, the final weekend. It could happen Saturday,
