we on this yeah I mean the rules committee meets at the end of the month and there are a number of things on the docket, stuff like helmet communication, which the ACC just came out in support of, some things that are likely to pass like that and then some other things

that are more of a discussion like the two minute warning and the idea is they change the clock

rules last year, run the clock after first downs, do some more things, and then a two minute order could kind of piece it all together.

Where the final two minutes, all the rules change for the clock, and so it kind of sets it up.
