in the future. And Chris joins us now. He spent a lot of time during Super Bowl Week because NBC

had the game. And Chris, how you doing? Did you enjoy your time there? Oh, I definitely

enjoyed my time. I mean, you know, I find San Francisco to be a cool city. I had fun. I mean, you know, I love, you know, I love a city where everything is right there and nothing's more than a few minute car ride. You can walk to the restaurants, never get on a car. You know, the only bad thing, of course, is the stadium being 45 minutes south of the city, but it is a great city and I thought they put on a pretty good show.

So let me ask you straight out.

Do you have a dimmer view of Drake May after the way he performed in this postseason?

I mean, sacked a lot, turned the ball over a lot.

Do you have a lesser view of him than you did before the

postseason began? No, I'm not going to say I do, right? There's a few things there. And first off, I'll be one to tell you that I feel like the MVP voting was way closer than it should be. I just, I agree. I really do. Yeah, I mean, listen, I haven't talked to any coach or any player when I was out to Super Bowl before that,

that even wasted a breath before they said Matthew Stafford. And it's crazy because we're in an era where everybody looks at stats, and the stats were like, well, this isn't close. And then one team plays through the quarterback, and the other team plays through the running game and the defense. the quarterback was really good he's got a chance

to win a MVP one day but no doubt about it right i mean i think the one thing where i would look and

i was just a little concerned at the end of the season and in the playoffs and i said this on my

podcast a lot when i get in the weeds about technical stuff some of the stuff i didn't like about

him at north carolina with his throwing motion and
