When we had you join us a week after the Super Bowl, I asked you, hey, you were part of a team that went to repeat Super Bowl,

one of just three teams in the last like 25 years to do that.

How did you guys do it?

And you said, I mean, honestly, it's not that complicated. Yes, you were really, really good, but also we brought back most of the same team.

So we kept that in mind for several weeks leading into free agency, knowing that it probably

wouldn't happen. And now here we are with confirmation that no, you will in fact not be bringing

back the same team. How are you feeling about the team as it's currently constructed? Do they feel like a Super Bowl team still? Well, yeah, and let's let's be clear, right? It's impossible to bring back your entire team. It's absolutely impossible. You always know NFL, that one year you have, that one year with that team is going to be the only year that that's different, probably, or that the same team you play with as far as you know it's probably different you know maybe in high school and college you're like all right everyone's coming back except for those seniors that'll graduate and all that but like you just know you'll that locker room will ever be the same i feel like john snider is one of those gms that's kind of just lurking in the woods, right?

And he's just kind of peering out like, all right, like, look at all these teams, making these big moves, maybe overpaying for some guys, it's okay. And then he'll kind of jump out and pounce when the time's right. So I'm still waiting for that move that John Schneider is going to make. And I still think there's one there. I mean, especially when you look at that running back situation.

Like that's where I'm kind of like, huh, like, where are they going to go with this? Because there's multiple ways to go. And I don't think the way they're going to go is to go with guys that are coming off torn ACLs, both, you know, Kenny McIntage, Charbonnet. You know, I just can't see him going to the season

thinking that that's going to be their go-to, especially with the new OC coming into town. You know what, you know, he's been with the 49ers for a couple of few years now, and you know what they have with Christian McCaffrey. And you're not going to get a Christian McCaffrey type player, but you kind of want to see a star running back because they're going to utilize a running back like that and so I'm kind of like waiting for the move there and I don't know I was kind of thinking about this and I'm kind of looking at the Saints and you look they signed Travis E. TienaN. A guy that I was kind of hoping the Seacocks were going to go after.

And then you sit there and go, well, what are they doing with Alvin Kamara?

What's he doing down there? You kind of had a rough year last year, was injured all year. Now they have Travis E.T.N. Like, is there a trade maybe lurking? Get a guy like that. maybe trying to resurrect his career or have a big comeback year, I guess.
