It's amazing how a feel good Friday rolls right into a miserable Monday.

Yeah, I'm a little tempered though, man.

I have to tell you, it's, of course, miserable with the Jets.

It always is, and this was a really bad loss, but this is bigger than one game.

I really, really believe this is bigger than one game, and they haven't won a road game in a very

long time, and they're on the precipice, and they choke it away.

But the things that I was seeing from Jackson Dart are the exact things that you want. You die for.

You're thirsty for that every organization is looking for when they draft a guy. And I understand

how early it is in the process. But this guy looks the part in every way. He looks the part when he's

standing in the pocket. He looks apart when he's running the football.

He looks apart when he's throwing the football. When there's a blitz in his face, he's not going around, seeing ghosts like Sam Donald did when he was a rookie. He stands in there. He delivers a football. He gets up. He screams on the sideline. He goes out and makes sure that his best defensive player is okay.

I mean, he is a man disguised as a rookie. And that to me is the biggest part of this thing.

I never saw this coming. I'm not going to tell you that I did. But this guy has been phenomenal.

And as bad of a loss as this is, I just feel like they have turned they've turned the corner. Now, have they turned the corner? It's the best question of the day. It's the question. It's the $25,000 pyramid question, whatever it is. But have they turn the corner with the coach that's going to be with them for the next several years? That is the real question. I mean, there's no question that Brian Debel wanted this kid is his quarterback.

He got him.

They drafted and they traded up to get him.

That is a feather in Brian DeBall's cap.

The management of these games, especially the Dallas game, this game from a defensive

perspective, and then even some of the stuff that they did when they were up by 10 points,
