The mayor is very worried about the quarantining people coming from out of town.

He's really going to tighten up on that?

Yes, you have to fill out a form now. Does he know that nobody's coming to New York from out of town because of him?

He is the best quarantine machine ever. All you've got to do is have de Blasio run your city, and nobody will ever set foot in it again.

Not only is nobody coming, but everybody that's here is leaving.

I don't think it's going to be a big issue.

Yeah, right.

He put the whole city at one-third capacity just by being the most incompetent, stupid mayor ever in history.

And although there's one asterisk on all of that, one exception as far as people come in here,

the hotels have opened up, many have opened, the Palace Hotel right behind St. Patrick's

is open, the Latham.

The Mark Hotel, one of the great hotels, Madison Avenue. I was there last night. Cars are pulling up. People are coming in and out of the hotel. They say they're very busy there. Now, what do you think is the one reason anybody's coming to these hotels for? Now, Broadway is closed, everything is closed. Obviously nobody would come just for the normal tourist stuff.

What do you think the one reason is everybody's come to New York?

To sell real estate.

No, that's another one. But the main reason, they're all coming back for doctor's appointments.

Oh, okay. And there's thing in hotels.

Yeah, well, there are a lot of people that, yeah, they don't want to go to their apartment.

But that's the only thing anybody, even these apartment buildings where, you know, all those Manhattan apartment buildings are 90% empty.
