secretary and Betsy appreciate you calling into the program.

Thanks for having me. So we've got this big title nine issue that the Biden administration

presents the American people with, involving transgenderism and title nine protection and sports.

And can you just lay out for everybody exactly what's going on here?

Well, very simply this administration is in a massive overreach trying to dismiss the notion

of biological sex and basically government wide impose and jam an agenda down the

throat of the American people that would force everyone to recognize a individual however they

claim to be at any given moment whether it's male or female biological or not. And this has

everything to do with the rules protecting girls, women's access to an ability to compete in sports.

If they are successful with what they are attempting to do, it essentially wipes away this notion

of women's sports by allowing biological males to compete on women's teams. Now they're trying to

threaten needle that isn't simply isn't threadable by putting out a proposed rule that would allow for

precluding biological men to compete in some cases. But all the conditions they're putting around

will suggest and say very clearly that they won't be acceptable and they just won't happen

and that anyone who wants to play on a women's team regardless will have that opportunity.

It's a total of front to girls and women who are working hard, training hard, and spending hours

and hours in gyms or on fields or wherever trying to hone their skills to know that at any time or

any point a biological male can come and basically beat when the state title or when the championship.
