Heavy rain today, wind, standing water.

Our boss just came in and delivered some baked goods, which was very nice of him.

And he said his drive was okay.

So it may have calmed down a little bit from when I came in.

But as I was going over the summit on Highway 17, I'd been told there might be snow.

And there wasn't.

But there was heavy wind trying to push me off the road.

So the snow didn't materialize here locally this morning. but we do have tons of it in the mountains.

If you're headed up to ski or snowboard, check your resort to make sure they're going to open and check the roads to make sure that you're going to be able to get through.
