So, as you explained, obviously the armor is responsible for loading the gun, the whole thing.

But why do you suppose Baldwin got charged, except that he's an extremely annoying guy.

Well, there may have thought that there was some personal responsibility on his part to make sure the gun was

not loaded. Oh, actually, you know

what? Yeah, that's probably

part of it. But you know, I keep forgetting.

He was the producer

of the film. It was his

film. He owned the film. He was the executive

producer. He hired everybody.

So, he's not being charged as the actor who fired the gun. He's probably being charged

as the chief executive on that set.

The other thing, too, he should have known, may have known, that there was live ammunition

on that set, that people were shooting those guns
