Hey, a lot to get to this hour.

Now, Eric Adams, let me just clear up.

There's a little confusion here.

The Eric Adams case is not only dropped, dismissed.

The judge dismissed it with prejudice now what

that means is it could never be brought back again a lot of times they'll dismiss

the case it's usually without prejudice which means they could bring back the

case at some point so Eric Adams is done with this case.

It's not only dismissed, it's dismissed.

Judge took the unusual step of dismissing it with prejudice.

The case cannot come back.

Eric Adams is 100% totally in the clear.

On this case, I mean, who could be something but uh he he's free and clear uh the deadline

for mayoral race filing your petitions is tomorrow he'll do that and then uh that's it the race

will begin he can go after quomo now quomo uh has been going after everybody because of, you know, one thing or

another, but he's also going after anti-Semitism and not politicians who didn't do enough

about it. Of course, that's all true. But what the hell did he do about it? You didn't do anything

about it either. But it's much easier to it. You can attack Eric Adams, obviously, for a lot of things.

But it's much easier to attack Cuomo.

Cuomo, I believe, is the only one in the race who killed a lot of people, 10,000 senior citizens.
