I have very good news for my fellow Jet fans.

Sometimes we look around and we say we are the most dysfunctional franchise in the NFL.

Well, the Jacksonville Jaguars take the cake.

Because the Jaguars are looking for a head coach.

And apparently one of the turnoffs has been that Trent Balke has remained as the general manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

He's hired like three different coaches.

They won four games this year.

A lot of fair questions have been, why the hell is he still there?

Well, in the middle of this process, and it just just broke, a little breaking news for you, the Jaguars have now fired Trent Balke.

So in the middle of this process in which their job is being turned down, like Liam Cohen decided to stay in Tampa, get paid a lot of money.

Right.

Highest paid, one of the highest paid office of coordinators in football to stay in Tampa and not move again.

There's a little caveat, though.
