They finally did it, Don. They released. Yeah, they're on hit after like a three-hit game.

Yeah, it was hot a stretch of the year. I'm gonna say any home romance. Yeah, I had three hits

against Toronto and then they ended up. Now he's still technically a Yankee designated for

Simon, but they made a trade for Greg Allen who had been with the Yankees before. They like what

he can do off the bench for them and they designated him for Simon, which means they have seven days

of trade him. He's owed about $25 million remaining on the contract. In all likelihood nobody's

gonna pick that up. I think he could actually help a team at some points which hit her. He could

play some center, can play left field. The story of his Yankee time is gonna be a bad story.

If you look at his numbers before they signed him to that contract, it wasn't bad and then

everything fell apart. His health wasn't good. He had the Tommy John surgery, then he had the

sheath in the hand. That surgery as well. For those that want to criticize Hal Steinman, right?

Listen, everybody's got a criticism about everything. Now that they're 29 and 20, not hearing that

criticism. Most of those people have gone back into their hole. But Hal Steinman had told

Brian Kasman, get the contract. Eat the contract. He just digested $25 million and he got nothing

out of it. In fact, he got nothing out of the 70 million that they actually gave him for a seven

year contract. Nothing. So those that say he's cheap. Now you can say, well, it took long enough.

Well, have they been affected? They're 5.5 games out. 5.5 games out. They're now in third place

in the East. They started three games set with the Orioles tomorrow. They're three games behind

the Orioles. And Tampa Bay once it started playing better teams, you know what? Actually losing some
