Over and above are normal tariffs already being charged.

So chances are this won't survive legal challenges as well, but this does allow Donald Trump to kick the can down the road until the courts can stop him once again.

Of course, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against his tariffs in a six to three opinion.

And you might have thought, well, that's going to deal a blow to his trade agenda.

Nope, he just up the game.

Well, he can use, this was a very narrow court ruling that took place that stopped these

specific tariffs that Trump was imposing based on a 1977 law that Trump invoked associated

with this.

And all Trump has done and said, okay, fine, I can't do it because of that one.

Then I'll pick this other.

I'll pick another act, another law, something else that Congress has passed, and I'll put the tariffs through on that law. Oh, and by the way, if you don't like it, feel free to go through the slow court system again, and it'll be two or three years from now before anything takes place. But my favorite part about this from the weekend, because this ruling came out on Friday afternoon was all
