And good morning. Happy to be here for the great Mark Simone on the voice of New York 710 W.O.R. A huge, huge day in Washington today. And I want to talk about it.

Before I get to the day in Washington, I was shocked when I heard Joe Bartlett saying just a moment ago

that Joe Clark, the principal from

Patterson, New Jersey, that the movie was based on, Lean on Me, died.

I, when I was at W.A.B.C. television back in the 80s, I was covering New Jersey,

and I covered him all of the time, constantly.

I got to know him very well.

And so I'll watch Lean on Me tonight, but he was controversial, that's for sure.

Very controversial, but he changed, absolutely changed that high school around and changed

the way that principals acted across the

country in dealing with tough schools. So my heart goes out to Joe Clark's family, all of the people

whose lives he changed, and he will be remembered as a educational hero. But let's get back to that huge day in Washington.

President Trump has all of the politicians and their staff working

because he was not happy at all with the COVID relief bill that he was sent last week.

It really is a disgrace.

For example, among the more than 5,000 pages in this bill, which nobody in Congress has read because of its length and complexity, it's called the COVID relief bill, but it has almost

nothing to do with COVID.

All right.

So the president came around on that, and he signed that COVID relief bill with the understanding
