welcome to the show great to be filling in for mark on this june tenth new federal holiday an

important holiday when you really think about what it means. But for many of you get a day off,

which is always a plus. Who doesn't really want that? As for me, you may have heard me before. I'm part of the W.R. family. I co-host always in fashion with my father, Mark Weber, on Saturday and Sunday nights. I'm a legal analyst for my guys, Michael and Len in the morning. I'm an anchor on Dan Abrams, law and crime network.

get into. First, we want to get into

Joe Biden's biggest enemy. It's

not Republicans. It's not Putin. It's not

the economy. Apparently, it's gravity.

Yeah, because the guy keeps falling down

all the time. It's not a great look for the president of the United States. We've got a good friend Buck Sexton, who's coming on later to talk the state of affairs. I mean, is Biden really going to be the nominee? Is he really? I just every day passes by. And I think it's less and less of a reality. Well, I'm going to talk to Buck about that, and especially with the economy right now.

I mean, Biden's people making the media tour over the weekend saying that a recession's not coming. We can fight it. It's not inevitable when all signs are pointing to the complete opposite.

We're going to get into all of the misinformation about what's happening to the economy,

as people really are feeling it right now. We've got to talk about Mayor Eric Adams' new plan to combat crime in the subway.

I'm not really sure that's going to pan out, though.

We're going to get into Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

Is he starting to wake up that his radical policies just don't work?

It's like Bernie Sanders debating Lindsey Graham.
