Bump yesterday, I was on 650 Sportsnet.

Love them.

It's a Canadian-based sports talk show.

And they asked, how does this defense and what you saw on this Super Bowl team compare to 2013, 14, they lost obviously, but just that era.

And I said, well, God, my gut reaction is to say, well, the Legion of Boom was better. But I think

that that's influenced by my own experience watching it,

by as someone from Seattle the first time, you know,

winning a Super Bowl, seeing a major championship in my lifetime.

You know what I mean?

So all of that impacted it in a different way.

But, and I said this on there and I'm saying it here, if you look at advanced metrics,

whether it's, you know, DVOA or whatever else, this Seahawks Super Bowl team is one of the best ever.

And don't take my word for it.
