They're not real.

Trump's not a convicted felon.

Nothing he was convicted of is real.

It's all getting tossed out.

The appeals court has already made it very clear. They're

tossing out all the Letitia James stuff. Now, the big thing today is Juan Mershon, the judge in New York.

That's the Alvin Bragg case, which is the most preposterous case ever brought. Our greatest

legal scholars have said they've read it a hundred

times. They can't figure out what the charge is. It'll absolutely get tossed out on appeal.

The judge was to rule today on whether to drop the case. It looks like he has just moments ago

postpone the whole thing. That's the smartest thing he can do right now.

The case was preposterous. As I say, our greatest legal scholars have said on the record,

they've read it a thousand times. They can't figure out what the charge is against Trump.

They can't see where there's any crime anywhere.

Paying hush money is perfectly fine. It's done every day by every major corporation in America.

The DA's office has done it. All the news organizations pay hush money, sign non-disclosure. It's done all the time. 30 million of them a year are done here in America.
