Well, we got a big day today. We've got lots to go over. We'll give you all the details on what's going to happen today. What's going on right now? Lots to talk about. So here we are at our new studios, just up the block from Trump Tower. It's right down there. It's a block away. Donald Trump is there in Trump Tower right now. The lawyers are there. The way this works,

you keep hearing it's a sealed indictment. What they generally do, and what I assume they did this

morning, is at about 9 a.m., they email the indictment to the Trump lawyers, to the Trump team. So

it's about an hour later now, So they've gotten the email and in the

Trump Tower apartment or maybe he's in his office, they go over the indictment. They look it over.

Word is leaking out 30 counts. Some stories said 34 counts. And by the way, you know, you heard that

the other day, 34 counts. You heard that from

Yahoo News, which is not even a big news organization. But it was, if it turns out it is 34,

that means it was leaked to Yahoo News. If it is 34, that leak that came out days ago was real, and that's a crime.

That's illegal.

So Bragg should be busy on that.

There's leaks coming out of his own building.

That's a crime in his own building.

And Donald Trump calling for him to indict himself over that or whoever leak that out.

So the lawyers should have the unsealed charges. They've been

going over it. They've got some time before they head downtown. Now, it's a four-mile drive.

The motorcade will go downtown. He's expected to go to the court. It's different stories here. Some say noon,

some say one o'clock, but he'll get down there at some point. It's expected they'll take him

through the employee's entrance, which is the most private way to get him into the building.

And then he'll be escorted by a court officers, a police, all of that.

By the way, one thing he is going for him, the police, the court officers love him.

They hate Alvin Bragg.
