That part's a hotel, since you're not going to sell

apartments there for big prices so it's the park hyatt hotel and the rooms are like start at like

1,200 a night and go up to 2,500 a night and uh you know whenever you go to these fancy fancy

hotels now used to be you could wind you're in use the men's room if you had, you can't do that anymore.
