it's always interesting to see how quickly out of hand these discussions get because

people don't ever want to account for nuance and layers. There's a lot of layers here.

Let me just say first off because I feel like if you're even slightly critical of how

things happened or other issues surrounding this, that people are labeling you not just

a hater but somebody who doesn't want to see someone progress into a job, especially

a black coach when there's what now D.I. is the 14th black coach at the Division 1 or FBS

level. So this was absolutely from a career standpoint, the right move for him to make.
