Was it the University of Pennsylvania?

u penn actually biden should have been in the state penn university of pennsylvania so they gave

biden an office to use and that's where he did his wheeling and dealing his shady deals his

money making schemes uh he was supposed to got paid a lot of money, too,

didn't he as a consultant from that university? Yeah, they pretended he was a professor,

and they gave him like a million dollars a year. But he never taught a class and never did anything

for the money, except one of the reasons these universities do stuff like that is they depend on funding for a lot of things.
