Well, a happy Tuesday to you. Evan and Tiki on the fan for the next four and a half hours, and we do indeed

But if you listen very carefully, you can hear something, and that is silence.

And that silence is emanating from the Bronx,

because it has now been six days since the Yankee season concluded unceremoniously

losing to the Toronto Blue Jays.

We have not heard a peep from Brian Cashman.

We haven't heard a peep from Hal Steinbrenner.

We haven't even heard a peep of, hey, reports are the Yankees are going to keep Boone? Or they're going to fire

this coach or they're going to do that. And this reminds me a little bit of that Tuesday in June,

when I came on the radio also on a Tuesday to you teak and I said, boy, there's a lot of weird

silence coming out of Madison Square Garden. And I said to you, I don't think Tom Fibito's going to be fired, but we have to be on

alert for it.

And within 45 minutes, he got fired.

Now, I don't know if Boone's getting fired, but what I'll tell you is this, and tell

me if you agree with me or not, it feels like there's been a lot of silence for six days.
