Also, legal wrangling, huge article in Politico Buck about the challenges of any of these cases being resolved in time for the election.

A lot of pr- I read this article this morning buck and and I know there's poll data out

there that says if Trump is convicted it could impact the decision of many swing state voters and swing voters in general.

But this article that was up in Politico it was as if they were trying to pressure I mean

it was as aggressive as I've seen the judge in the DC circuit to get their

opinion in because they're suddenly recognizing that the time

is majorly a factor here and that as the play continues to get strung out it is impacting

things in a very favorable way for Trump. We'll talk some about that also.

Third hour is a big story and I know a lot of you have been paying attention to it.

Buck is going to be taking a tutorial a little bit.

The attorney general, the state of Tennessee is going to be with us.

There has been a blockbuster lawsuit filed this morning that could potentially end college

athletics as we know it. The states of Virginia and Tennessee, the attorney generals Jonathan Scrametti and Jason Myra is in Tennessee and Virginia,

and I think a lot of other Attorney Generals will sign on to this too, are effectively attacking

the basis for the NCAA to exist through name

image and likeness law. It's really a very fascinating situation and we're

going to talk with that attorney general scrametti from Tennessee in the third hour.

Also I'm headed down to Miami I'm not disappointed about this the weather is perfect
