Hey, Joe Bartlett, didn't you leave New Jersey because of Phil Murphy?

Well, for a number of reasons. I mean, he just continued the trend there. There were a lot of bad governors before him.

But, yeah. I don't know what he's thinking.

Hey, also, you have an incumbent Democratic president.

You know, when you got a guy in office, first term, it's assumed he'll run again and it's unusual.

In fact, you're not supposed to have this happening where other people in your party

announce they're going to run.

They're supposed to, out of courtesy, not say that kind of stuff.

So he's not the first, right?

You got Gavin Newsom, Murphy, so they're all kind of admitting you're a decrepit old man who's not going to live two more years.

So I might as well announce, right?

Well, I think everybody knows Joe Biden is not running for a second term.

The only person that doesn't know it is him.

And a lot of Democrats. They just don't realize it.
