Summary

Mark recaps last night's State of the Union address. The Democrats refused to stand for most of the night, including for a military hero who rescued many people in the air. Iran was not mentioned during the speech, possibly due to the potential for war. Democrats fell for many of the President's traps to use the Democrats' reactions for campaign ads for his party. Bill Gates was allegedly lying about not being involved in a significant way in the Epstein files. Mark takes your calls! Mark interviews Boston radio host Howie Carr. Howie appreciated that President Trump discussed the food stamp fraud in Massachusetts, which many media outlets have ignored. Democrats did not stand for many of the accomplishments of those in the chamber. 0:46.6	but that was deliberate. Normally, you do the state of the union, you're done by about 10 o'clock,

0:55.8	the rebuttal the democratic rebuttal usually would come on about 1015 and most people would watch it
1:02.2	now the president deliberately going very very long to about 11 o'clock that way the rebuttal doesn't
1:09.6	come on to 1115 and it's very very few people see it
1:13.8	because most people are done by 11 o'clock they've had it and they go away so very
1:18.4	few people saw the rebuttal it was a great State of the Union speech the best
1:23.7	measurement I mean they have polling that takes place right afterwards and during during the speech, they have a lot of voters, some really good pollers,
1:31.4	have voters hooked up to machines that register their reactions.
1:35.7	And there was a big spike in independence, independence, especially when the Olympic hockey team came in.
1:42.4	And many of those heroes were introduced.
1:44.7	So it was a very good speech for the president.
