If you've never heard the show before, this night different than all of the nights,

you have tuned in to the Mallor Palooza.

What is the Mallor Palooza?

Well, this is our yearly event.

It is the biggest event of the summer.

The Ben Mallor show celebrates the talent of the nocturnal listener. We have people calling

up from all over the place. They are performing for us here. We have all kinds of amazing acts.

And we get that started here in hour number one. But we also have the Mallor monologues and we begin talking baseball.

Some initial thoughts on the All-Star game.

Also, Rob Manford, stonewalling Pete Rose from the Hall of Fame.

What's our viewpoint on that?

And is expansion in baseball an excellent or abysmal idea?

Is it true that Major League Baseball will be moving the All-Star game back to Atlanta

after they took it out of Georgia a couple years ago?

And will baseball embargo the pitch clock for the playoffs?

We'll talk about all that and much more right now.
