I've read both opening statements.

Kavanaugh's opening statement is exactly what you'd expect.

The only thing he admits to is drinking beer in high school. And he said sometimes he drank beer excessively, but all this stuff, all the sexual stuff, all the stuff with women, he totally

categorically denies, completely denies. Now I've read her opening statement. It starts

with a long summary of her life and her career and she got

did this. So that goes on forever. But then she gets to the incident and she describes it as being

at a party in a house, some house in Chevy Chase, Maryland, people have been drinking.
