And a good afternoon everybody, this is indeed the Michael Kayshore. We thank you for joining us on this Tuesday, September 10th,

2024, Michael, Don, and Peter with you until 630. And the jumping off point for the day is obviously the New York

jets loss to the 49ers now Peter's gonna join us in about an hour he has a

an appointment that he's taking care of so it's me and Don, right at the start.

And that game yesterday is not a surprise to me.

It's not a demoralizing defeat for me. I've always doubted from the very beginning that the

Jets were a championship caliber team when people were picking them and go to the Super Bowl

I just didn't get it, haven't proven anything and I think that they're a little

bit soft on some spot so that they played a team that is a Super Bowl caliber team and you

know what they got wax yeah so that means that

they're not at that level does it mean that they'll never get there my guess is no

they're not going to get there this year but I'm not going to say just off this one game let's jump off the

moving train and say it's over no the the the true statement is is they look like a

team that is not ready or not championship caliber right now.

But the good news is it's week one and there's still tons of football to change that narrative.

With a Giants Super Bowl ready when they were Owen 2 and had to stop the Redskins on fourth down a week three to save their season.

You know, Kansas City, listen they had the pedigree, but they lost in week one to Detroit and

people they got off to a slow start.
