while we have a busy one planned for you today, a lot of stuff to get through. A fuselage of news

over the weekend. A biggest thing of course which we're going to circle back to here in just a moment

the apparently looming arrest of Donald Trump. That's what they're talking about all weekend

including former president Trump himself. We're going to get into the details of this. Will the Manhattan

district attorney Alvin Bragg go through with it? What would this mean legally? What would the

political implications be? There's already preparations on the streets of New York City for

what could be some routiness, some unrest if this were to happen. Is it even going to happen?

We'll talk about that. Plus in the background I do not want anyone to forget about this because

it is something that could really affect all of you every single one of you listening to this.

The banking crisis continues just to to edge forward toward the abyss things continuing to move

in directions that are certainly unnerving. Swiss banking giant UBS has announced a deal to buy

credit suites for $3 billion in an emergency rescue. Now I know you may say, well,

fuck these are big Swiss banks, you know, whatever Swiss banks far away. The banking crisis that

exists is much broader than what you have seen so far, meaning the possibility of banks

having additional, well, failures going forward I think is actually quite high. And those that were

on the wrong side of this interest rate swing interest rate shift that's occurred over many months,

they're much more vulnerable and far more of the banks are vulnerable than they want you to realize.

That is certainly the case. I think it was just a few days ago the credit swee CEO was saying,

you know, don't worry, everything's fine. And no, everything is not fine over there.
