yesterday at 6.30, which is actually 5.30 last week, I did feel like, okay, I'm ready for bed.

I got in bed. I fall asleep pretty quickly. And then I wake up and I'm laying in the dark in the total and complete darkness.

Bitch black. By design. Yes. And I'm like, did I miss my alarm? Like, you know how you start to kind of question yourself? It's the dark of night. And I'm like, what, what time is it? Do I have to get up at two? Do I get up, you know, confusion? So I reach over and I touch my iPad and it lights up to tell me the time. It's 8.30. It's 12.30. Okay. Well, that's it. Which was great. Means you got some. I'm like, I got some and I've got two and a half hours left to go. So I, and I did. I went back to sleep. Oh, good for you. Yeah. But it's just, I hate that feeling of, like, I feel like something's a little bit off all week. So luckily I've got San Francisco Bay coffee to get me through. I'm floating on it today.
