Appreciate you being with us. Look, the biggest breaking news in the last 24 hours. I'm sure

many of you have seen the horrific mass shooting up in Lewiston, Maine. A manhunt, a massive

manhunt underway right now for the shooter. The death toll has reached 18 as of now.

13 have been injured. They have a suspect. They are looking for him. Believe he may have crossed

over into Maine. It is from I'm sorry. Cross over to Massachusetts from Maine. And it is possible

that they will have caught him over the course of this show. So we will continue to bring you

any live updates from that. I watch this morning as the governor of Maine and other officials

were addressing this issue. So it is the highest casualty mass shooting in the US this year.

We will follow this with any updates. So for right now, we are still hoping that this will be brought

swiftly to a conclusion by law enforcement. And we'll tell you if we have anything further

as we go through the show. We also have updates on the situation in Gaza right now. Israeli

air strikes are outpacing at this point day by day what were used even at the height of the

war against ISIS. Member Donald Trump, when he was president, brought about the destruction of

the Islamic state of Iraq and Syria. And air power was a major component of that. The Israelis

using even more air strikes right now is reading an analysis of this last night. And there's also

an update on how this massive terrorist attack. How was the Israeli intelligence apparatus

caught entirely unaware of this? And it has to do in part with going low tech to defeat high tech.

I'll give you details on that. Plus New York City has a new

possible idea to deal with migrants that I will bring to your attention. That really

brings home, I think, the notion of New York City as a refugee camp. I'll explain that later.
