How about the face of the league, the young star, the global sensation that everybody's

falling in love with walking into Madison Square Garden for an NBA finals matchup?

Spurs going to take on the Knicks,

and the NBA right now has to be doing cartwheels. They are running down the street.

They're already throwing parades because no matter who wins, they've already won. It's Buck

Rising. Jason Fitz, Buck and Fitz, Buck and Fitt's taking over for you this morning,

in for two pros

and a cup of Joe Buck. I just kept watching this thing at the tide turn. Somewhere along the way,

the world decided Buck Rising, which is scary, is right? And they all decided OKC was the bad

guy. OKC's the villain, right? Everybody started hating OKC. And that's not going to go anywhere

because hate lingers. Once somebody decides they hate a team, that just doesn't fade.

So OKC already got their Joker status, their Ridler status, their villain status.

But you still love these big stories going into the finals.

And to me, I'm watching Wembe, 87,000 feet tall take over the league this year.

Everybody talking about, can he be the face of basketball?
